If you have a question regarding your VRS account or other personal benefit information, log into your myVRS account or contact us. To protect your privacy, we cannot respond to questions related to individual accounts or benefits on the Facebook wall or through the Facebook messaging feature. Do not post confidential or personal information, such as a phone number, email address or Social Security number, which can place you at risk for social engineering attacks or identity theft. For your protection, we will remove posts with personally identifying information. VRS is not liable for the risk users assume when posting personally identifying information.
VRS does not discriminate against any views. However, to maintain a community of mutual respect, we will delete comments that contain any of the following material:
- Obscene language or content
- Discriminatory content
- Harassing and/or threatening content
- Unsolicited advertising or promotional material
- Impersonations or misrepresentations of a person or organization
- Personally identifying information such as phone number, email address or Social Security number
- Political events/causes, campaigns or services
- Successively off-topic comments by a single user
- Repetitive posts by a single user or group of users
We will engage with you via this Facebook page during normal VRS business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. We will respond to comments submitted at other times as soon as possible, generally within two business days.
