The VRS website lists Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other solicitations for bids. VRS does not mail solicitations to prospective vendors or maintain a list of those who have accessed solicitations from this site.
Check this site frequently for new solicitations as well as any addenda to current solicitations. You are responsible for submitting signed addenda to ensure your bid or proposal is considered responsive. VRS is not responsible if you do not check the site for new information or respond to addenda.
